We look after the technical side for you: hosting and updates for your website, your domain and DNS, your business email setup, a sensible security baseline, and a pool of our team's time each month for the fixes and changes that come up. You get one point of contact instead of five logins.

Each plan includes a set amount of our team's time each month — roughly 1 hour on Presence, 5 on Business and 10+ on Scale — for fixes, tweaks and questions. Need more? Extra time is €95/hr and larger projects are quoted up front, so nothing is a surprise. For per-user desktop and end-user IT, our sister company Little IT Co handles that.

No. Most customers just want their website and email to work — that's what Presence covers, and anything technical is handled behind the scenes. If you run web apps (WordPress, Docker, Coolify) or your own servers, Business and Scale manage those too: we can provision to spec or look after ones you already have.

Every plan includes a sensible security baseline. Deeper, actively managed security is available through our security team, Strix, as an add-on from €12 / user / mo — handy if you'd like to layer it onto a smaller plan.

We set up and secure your Workspace or Microsoft 365 as part of getting you online. The per-user seat licences themselves are added a la carte, and where it's a per-seat managed-IT relationship our sister company Little IT Co looks after that.
